We loved our stay. Breakfast was FREE OF CHARGE, beds where very big. Fab location to Hayes Garden World Ambleside. Sky bar was stylish and reasonably priced.

Everything was simply perfect. Historic location, neat, super bed, absolutely amazing staff. The double room was compact and tasteful. Marvellous English breakfast - delicious cereals, eggs and cheese. Impeccable service, very good value for money, just what was needed.

it was good value in contrast to other hotels. the food was great, service was personalised and the view was panoramic. i enjoyed my standard king room. the staff were affable & were happy to help. the pool was lovely and the garden - quiet.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and the bed was not comfy.

Thank you for a wonderful experience, I recommend it. Staff are efficient, they keep the place spotless. The Michelin star rated restaurant is perfect place to hang out. There's fab main bar with welcome beverages.
